well i need help. i've got a 2.2 ls with nothin but a muffler on it. rest is stock. my girlfriends bro has an 05 ram 1500 wit a hemi and he's the biggest asswipe in the world. he thinks he's tough **** cause he has a hemi and he dont even know **** about his truck! he's pathetic and i wanna shut him up for good. what do you think i should do? mechanically? physically(already got some ideas in mind)? thanks.

take some copper wire.. disconnect his battery wrap it around the neg side of the battery run in under the car and cut a small hole in the neck of the gas tank away from the fuel, feed it down into the gasoline, and then reconnect the battery when he starts up his truck.. BOOM.. no more asswhipe...

but if you wanna go another way.. just take window marker stuff and remind him that with a hemi he is neither Stroking or Cumming.. bc that **** aint diesel.

put a decent size zip tie around his drive line as close to the engine as possible and see how long it takes him to find out what that ticking sound his hemi is making.

 

Tighten a zip tie around his fuel line... TIGHT.

Then Race him.

If his engine doesnt explode from running to lean, you'll still beat him anyway.

 

If it was a ford, a handfull of gravel in the hubcap then pop it back on. what the hell is that sound? It only happens when im driving? or just pull one of his plug wires .

idk about the 1500 hemi but my gf uncle hs the 2500 big horn hemi and cuz its a 4x4 its slow as ***** off the start, but once it is up there it hauls ass. so if your gonna race dont do it from a roll. 2nd. is it the sport? the regualr? heavy duty? 4x4? any mods? find out what the gearing is on it? from there it will tell you if it is fast off the line from a roll or not at all. also take into consideration weigh a hemi is nice but not like hemi cuda fast ITS IN A TRUCK! so thats my 2 cents! but like every one else said WHY RACE A TRUCK??? and dont do it becuase u wanna show him up cuz u think he is an ass, cuz then if u talk all that smack and lose........ uh o? good luck on you decision

BTW guys...dont be hatin on trucks, there are quite a few that comand respect...IE, SRT10, Lightenings, a properly built HEMI or hell an LS based gm product....you might be in for a surprise..... and watch out for that ole' farmer and his truck too, cuz he might just have a few tricks up his sleeve

I like this idea. I secured an airline for my drag bags and I forgot to clip one of the zipties. I thought I messed something up royally until I realized it was the ziptie slapping the rim

 

edelbrock makes a nice nos kit for 2.2's adds 50 hp and doesnt stress the engine costs is like 400, that would be all u need to have a happy day!

all great ideas but the insult by intelligence is the best one....just research his engine/truck and just ask him ?'s about it in front of people....then, since he doesn't know jack about it....u get to tell him he is wrong in front of whomever may be there....not mean but makes him look stupid as hell
