thank you.
send it to mrz and they will replace their product. since this is not my fault.
please end the dispute on paypal as well.
thank you to everyone else who also mentioned it wasn't something on my end.
i barely had this on my car for any time at all, and since i don't drive to work it got even less mileage.
also when you get your new pulley, i would like my stock crank pulley as we agreed for my friend who let me borrow his to get this one to you.

Dont think that just cause MRZ posted that you were in the right interview,I looked at this pully as soon as it got here and it had the groove in it,meaning it was worn down before shipped to us.
Good to see great customer service on MRZ's part

lmao.
here we go again.
i'm done arguing.
came off my car with no oil spews.
you get it, oil spews.
i wouldn't have sold you a "garbage pulley" as you put it.
i don't sell products that i wouldn't want to buy.
end of story. i have never had any problems with any product or anyone i've ever sold to in the past, and that is a lot of stuff/people.
i'll still be expecting my stock pulley still for my friend reckless after you get your new one from mrz.
thanks you.

that doesnt mean he knew it was there. The part worked for him, and he had no reason to believe it wouldnt continue to work for anyone else. Haza's a good guy, and wouldn't try and screw someone over like that.

If you walk in to a store, and try and buy something with a fake $20 bill that looks real that you got selling something...does that mean you're the counterfeiter and you're the one trying to scam the store? No...

If he wasnt intentionally trying to scam you(which i dont believe he was), then its not really his fault.

Wow MRZ Thank you very much! It's great to see you guys back your products like this. Makes me feel very confident in buying from you guys that I will be happy in the end. So again thank you!!!

And Interview wow seriously? Just because the issue is not because of you doesn't mean that you were not a complete douche bag to me the entire time. And since you now know you sold me the pulley with the grove in it I think you should take something out of this situation and realize how you acted. And by thanking the people on your end would be thanking the wrong people lmao. Just stop being emo for the best of the world kthanksbai

lol, i was a douche bag?
you were the one e-threatening me saying we could do it the easy or hard way.
or that i was selling garbage products, and that i should "******* pay" for all the stuff you had to get. if i recall you messaged me, asking me if i would sell it to you.
and i said only if i could get a stock pulley first.
i went out of my way to get a friend to agree to loan me his, then took it off my car even though i really didn't want to. and sold it to you for a mere 80 bucks. i would have rather left it on my car, and saved having to borrow jacks from jn2, parts from reckless, and getting under my car and taking off the plastic pieces if i knew this is what would have happened.
it was not worth it for 80 bucks.
just because i did go click, and refund your money when i sent you something that worked fine doesn't mean i'm a douchebag. and if you noticed, paypal actually ended your dispute. not you. so what does that mean? that means i provided them sufficient info to close it.
grow up, and stop calling people emo, or douches when you do not get your way.
i've been screwed over on css before, and i wouldn't do that to anyone else.
be happy mrz is hooking you up, and that you get a 180 dollar crank pulley for half the cost. like others said, i try to be helpful and i also sold all my stuff at a reasonable price since i was parting out my car. i don't sell garbage, and i don't screw people over.

once you get your mrz pulley please let me know so i can give my buddy your stock pulley in placement of the one i borrowed.

You're still talking? Good god man, lay down and die already when you know you've lost... lol e-threatening... really? I'm happy for you that you got a friend to agree lend you a stock pulley. And yeah I thought $80 wasn't a bad deal at all at first either hence why I made the deal. I would have never bough it from you had I known you were going to be such a douche about it though. Especially when you try of accusing me that the entire time I went and broke the pulley and am just trying to return it to you because I messed up.. And you're right it was not worth it for 80 bucks.. Yes I know paypal ended the dispute here's what they sent me "Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received."
So they know that it was damaged as well, they only cover it if the shipment fails! HAHAHAHA you provided with evidence!? OMG OMG OMG hahahahahahahahahahahaha this is an instant classic now... I'm the only one with the actually evidence of anything here. I've frown up, which is little to say for yourself. I too have been screwed over on here before too and definitely wouldn't want something to happen to anyone else like what you just did through me. No you didn't intentionally break it or anything, but you can now see that it still was damaged. Just own up to it next time when you realize you set out something that isn't in the shape it's supposed to be in is all I'm saying. I am happy MRZ is good with customer service and cares about their customers. You did try to be helpful at first I was never tying to take that away from you. It was how you acted afterward that left the bad impression of yourself on me. I will send you the stock pulley as soon as I get the other pulley from MRZ. I will definitely let you know when it arrives and as soon as it's able to be installed.
