well HPTuners is finally going to support you guys...we just need to do some reads to make sure everything goes smoothly so If anyone has an 07 2.2 in my area and is willing to give up a few minutes of their time to help out let me know.

Thanks

I expected this. The 07 has a brand new computer. And I bet its used in other cars too, so there is larger market. I'm disappointed. Greatly.

thing is it was already done basically gm uses similar if not identical pcm's in differnet models...for instance an 01 4.3ltr GMC Jimmy uses the exact same computer as an 02 corvette or a 99 camaro. There is probably a common link between the 07 cobalt computer as well as 07 HHR, 07 Solstice, 07 Pontiac G6, 07 Saturn Sky, & 07 Saturn ION...whereas I believe the earlier cobalts had an odd man out type computer wish it were different and sorry to you earlier cobalt guys if I got your hopes up

X2. WTF, you have a car out for two years and cant crack the computer, then a different version comes out, and they're all up on it? There are hardly any 07's here, majority of the boards are 05-06, why not knock out the harder one first before moving on to the easy one? I have lost all hope in HPT...

I second this on being pissed. Come on HP! Theres a whole lot of people waiting for the 05/06 Cobalt 2.2 to be supported, but instead you've kind of let us suffer while everyone is enjoying the benefits of your program.

PLEASE SUPPORT THE 05/06 COBALT 2.2's! I'll start a fund to help even!

This is ridiculous. I don't mean to knock the creator of this thread, I realize you're just the messenger, but seriously so many 2.2's have been waiting to get tuned, there's no reason why the 07's should be getting tuning before us.

Will is 05-06 2.2 tune EVER happen?!

Chris@hpt said they would so I trust his word, unfortunatly he said it wouldnt be this year. Said there's nothing necessarily difficult about the pcm and that it just takes time...since he's the one that figures out whats what as for parameters he's doing most of the hard work by himself.
