need help ASAP

alreight so i just got a new clutch put in and new my speedo dont work. not does my mileage. i got in scaned and its saying a speedo sensor low circuit. now where is this thing located?

seriously no oone? come on

sounds like fun.... j/k let us know what you find out...

It could be the cluster... I have one for sale from a 05 2.4 with white faces and goes to 140mph that might possibly fix this but then again it might not be the cluster

what was the DTC that showed up when it was scanned? was it P0717 or P0502?

If you just put your clutch in and now the speedo does not work, but it worked before, you must have left the VSS unplugged or broke the sensor or connector or a wire or something. Go back over your work!

p0502 is what is showing up. and i had a local shop do it. i did not have the time.

If you had a shop do it take it back to them and tell them to fix their mistake. I agree they probably forgot to plug the VSS back in.

ya, and dont forget that if they say they didnt forget nething mention something about a lawyer and lemon laws and such, cuz those apply to work as well not just whole cars...but it should be somewhere near the diff. the ones i have seen were at the top. but im not sure for the cobalt...havnt had a need to find it till now lol

if it didnt work right away then u would have noticed it as soon as u started to drive away from the shop. Why didnt u turn around and go right back in there and get them to fix it
