Need Help (Installing Cold Air Intake)

Nub question.

I installed a cold air intake for my Cavalier when i had it, but now im trying to add an AEM cold air intake to my cobalt. I was currious to the difference between the 2 cars (if any) that i should know about.

Also, if someone knows or could find, and/or type up a step by step guide, id greatly appreciate it.

thank you for your help

i was looking through it but didn't really find a step-by-step, more like people posting random ****..

you have to take the side off..
next person - take the tire or
next person - don't need to take the tire off

etc.etc.

nvm, im a jackass

you dont need to take the tire off, if it is a 2.2/2.4 just turn the wheel all the way to the right. ss/sc turn the wheel all the way to the left

If you are installing a CAI, you pull off the entire airbox. Everything before the TB goes (excluding the MAF and Valve cover breather hose of course. ) So you don't just take out the silencer.

BTW, didn't the AEM come with instructions? Mine did. Its pretty straight forward. Of course, since you did a previous install, you already know that.
