New header.

Well like it says, I finally got a header....... Its off at the machinist's as we speak getting the shot peen treatment, and then its off to coating tomorrow. Ill try to take a pic of after the shot peen process.
Its 1.5" ID primaries, 2.1" collector, equal length, stainless. Its got two O2 sensor ports and even a pyrometer port! And it accepts the stock manifold heat sheild.

And to those of you who remember my old sig/motto.....this isnt aftermarket....its GM made. Suck it.

Fresh peened

Trust me I am almost always pretty careful when it comes to buying stuff.....I am in the process of trying to aquire an SS/TC exhaust, this would be a last resort. And if it doesnt fit, Ill shove it up their tailpipe.

Maybe yours was bad, but I have seen other people say it fit great, and it that it was a very good exhaust.

i want to do that so i can convert my DP to catback flange to 3 bolt... its more efficiant and less prone to leakage..

Yeah like I said, this exhaust is like a lst resort if i cant get a hold of a TC exhaust, Ive got the header, an LSJ downpipe(new) and now need only the catbck to finish it out.....I,d like the TC so I keep my "GMticity" and also so I can afford to get some LS2Edit going on

Okay, Ive got a stock TC caback now, LOL.

Oh, is that what you figured

We'll see, I was planning on putting a 3 bolt on the DP since that easier than putting a 2 bolt on the catback.....I'll let you know.

You know you can buy 3 bolt flanges, right?

Normal ones, LOL. No kjust kidding, I am probably not gonna run an EGT sensor. Maybe sometime in the future if I go with cams, hicomp pistons, then Ill get one to aid in tuning/monitoring, but not now with stock internals, a wideband street tune will be plenty.
