New header.
Well like it says, I finally got a header....... Its off at the machinist's as we speak getting the shot peen treatment, and then its off to coating tomorrow. Ill try to take a pic of after the shot peen process.
Its 1.5" ID primaries, 2.1" collector, equal length, stainless. Its got two O2 sensor ports and even a pyrometer port! And it accepts the stock manifold heat sheild.

And to those of you who remember my old sig/motto.....this isnt aftermarket....its GM made. Suck it.

esh peened

I am thinking about the Mandrel Exhaust company stuff
Yup, just a lil ole L61
You dont, its a prototype for a GMRacing part that never made it past development
They have stainless now and also offer resonators.

TRUST ME MAN>.. get a nice piece that exhaust is pooorllyyyy made... 2 of the hangers were off by over 4 inches... and the over the axel bend was terrible... it radddllleed soo much on the gas tank heat shield
trust me... get a used exhaust if you dont want to spent the money or get a custom one made.. the money i paid for that PLUS the money to fix it and i coulda goten a whole custom one made muffler and resonator

Probably just gonna bake on a few coats of VHT, my powdercoater is on vacation for a month....so that sucks.
Normal ones, LOL. No kjust kidding, I am probably not gonna run an EGT sensor. Maybe sometime in the future if I go with cams, hicomp pistons, then Ill get one to aid in tuning/monitoring, but not now with stock internals, a wideband street tune will be plenty.
