there are always risks but it is a great power adder, you cant spray too early...3,000rpm the earliest and only at WOT. the LS is fine with a 75 shot. HackAbuse has been running a 90 shot forever. your only in tampa, let me know if you need help installing a kit when you get it.

then you would need a WOT switch and a window switch, i have my little ghetto button set-up but it works

you dont know what your talking about. that guy in town probably sprayed too early and caused a nitrous backfire which would cause a manifold to blow off of the engine. it would do it to any manifold

I would have to agree to an extent.

The stock manifold is worth replacing anyways, but unless he's running over a 75 shot he's ok.

I've been running a 90 shot for quite some time.

I've sprayed around 30 full 10 pound bottles through my engine and trans.

The worst problem I've ever had was a fouled out spark plug.

I spray around ~2000rpm, but i wouldn't recommend it unless you know what you're doing.

After I finish my Build I plan on spraying 80 in 3rd gear. If you ever do a full rebuild make sure to tell your ring manufacturer what youre doing and get properly gapped rings. Most Nitrous falures are ring related.

Wet kit is ok, direct port is best but most costly. NEVER GO DRY KIT, that is just asking for trouble.

What do you mean with your last question? what amount of spray? a 75 shot will put a grin on your face without putting a dent in your wallet or a hole in the block.

Nice Contradiction.

1. I no longer live there.
2. Intake manifold was just fine...it was the window switch...there's nothing wrong with running a plastic intake manifold with a 75shot or so.

Well you're right and wrong for my situation. Right it started spraying early but it was NOT my fault. And yes, it'd do the same for any car and any intake manifold...even sheet metal.
