Injen for the intake IMO, as you wont find a K&N intake anywhere, they have been on back order for over 9 months... (sucks!)
Plus Injen is BOTH a cold air intake and a short ram intake (converts to either) K&N is only a short ram intake.
BTW Injen and K&N are both great intakes... Don't get me wrong, but being K&N is not available...

Personally I have an Injen intake and GMPP sport exhaust on my 2.2. I'm biased on that. As TTR said, the Injen can be both a full Cold Air or a Short Ram, which is good if you want to switch between them during winter months. I got the GMPP because CED was having an awesome deal on them at the time, and I have no regrets. However, different brands on intakes and exhausts won't make a major difference in power, unless they are designed different (diameter of exhaust, type of intake either short ram or full cold air), the only thing you will notice is a difference in sound.
I think I may go with Injen CAI (From TTR) and then like GMPP Touring (From CED) then depending on how much money I have left I may get the 2.2 to 2.4 Mani Kit from CED.

injen, kandn is great but they are still using oiled filters... the maf is sensitive, if the oil gets on them it will throw a check engine light....
i have an injen intake on my car, and ive always found them to be a little better..

Yea all you are doing buying Injen or something else is paying for the name. Only reason I have the KN is because my buddy bought it for me when he got back from Iraq.
Ebay intakes are just as good as the rest.. only thing that may not be as great would be the filter.. which is easy to get a replacement.
Also custom fab exhaust is the way to go as well.. the shop can usually do a complete cat back for around 200 bucks. You dont have to pay for shipping, you dont have to install it, and you can pick whichever muffler your heart desires.
