I don't see what this would not work with a 'ram air' hood, even though a fully functional design would be quite rare.

yeah the intake. just checked the site and the cobalt isn't even on the list.

well, i got a email from a guy from BorgWarner Turbo Systems for Q&A on a turbo their developing.

 

I'm not sure about the weapon r, but I believe rk sport has their functional ram air hood...comes in CF or fiberglass...

I couldn't tell you how well it works as I haven't bought it, but I'm sure someone else on this site has. Also let me know how you like it if you purchase it.
