Raspy exhaust!!!! Help

So I just had the cat delete custom done and in high rpm it sounds really ricey! What can I do to get rid of that god awefull rice rocket sound? It sounds good in low rpm tho. The guy at the shop said it would do that for a while.... Something tells me that that's bullshit. Some one help!

Maby I will get a high flow and weld it myself. He did such a shitty job. What Will it sound like with a high flow? Deeper? That's what I originaly was shooting for

the bigger you go with a N/A car the less power your gonna make. i would go no bigger than 2.5. your best bet is to go with a dp that has a highflow cat or just buy a highflow cat and weld it in. i know my cobalt-addiction 2.5inch dp with highflow cat...when i put a flashlight up to the one end...it came thru the other end. the stock cat...not a chance hat the light shined thru. what res do you have on it?

Just the stock res. He made the dp 2.5 sensor to sensor

your never gonna get rid of the rasp unless you put the stock cat back on. if your exhaust doesnt have a resonator on it, put that back on too. for an extra reduction of rasp, use the Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator.
