the bolts that are used to mount the wastegate to the compressor have nothing to do with your boost pressure the only bolts that might efect your boost pressure are the ones on the waste gate rod

So today I blew a silicone coupler today split it right across the top, did some poking aound and pulled off the upper charge pipes and much to my iritation there is a lot oil in the charge pipes so im gunna go ahead and say that my previous fears of a bad turbo are true and seeing how i have no money right now to replace the silicone coupler let alone the turbo and no working car im gunna say its starting to look grim I will decide over the next few days what to do with it, my parents are starting to wory that its becoming a money pit. they pretty much already told me to "return it to working order" so we will see

well I got the bumper off and the intercooler I was using has a huge dent it it of the back of it, most likley from the tow truck ramp from the incident with the oil cap so with the help of my uncle a new and significantly larger intercooler was ordered so I started to unbolt all the intercooler piping and gess what I found, more oil inside the pipes and the intercooler was flooded aswell

I have an independant venting system for the crank and cylinder head that are not even conected to the intercooler or intake piping, this is all from the turbo thats leaking oil into the piping
