Do you have supporting mods for S/C (like header, downpipe, exhaust)?

Both can be installed in a garage/driveway

since you have to still get those then they are about even on doing install

you could do sleeper style and keep stock exhaust and run a cut out

where in Alberta are you?

a local just got his wrecked SS/SC back - and if he buys another SS/SC with a blown motor ect, he would then have all the parts for you to convert to supercharged;
I don't know exactly what you would do though for ECM;
I have previously understood that the L61 cars use the same ECM as the LSJ ~ which makes this swap so easy...

but I've been wrong before

that's exactly what I meant;
I understood that they use the same ECM - which makes tuning that much easier.

A cut out is basically a Y pipe right after you downpipe. 1 end goes to your cat back and 1 end is open for free flowing. Cruising = cut out closed and routed through the cat back. Racing = cut out open and routed to the open end.

Blower install took me about 8 hours in the driveway the first time I did it. Besides having to go out once for some random zip ties and hose clamps. I bet I could blow it out faster now that I've done it once.
