so can i put a little cone filter onto where it connects to the valve cover and put a 90deg elbow with some pipe to connect the air box to the throttle body?
i was thinking of using one of these 90's they look more effective than a regular 90

what do you guys think?
also does anyone know off hand what the throttle body diameter is?
if not i will just measure it tomorrow

hmm... thanks HalfCent. i obviously was confused about it. its not the same thing i am talking about. what would you call the air tube from the intake passage to the valve cover, it branches off before the intake resonator.

Oh that. That's just the Crankcase ventilation. Yes, you can put a simple filter on that if you want. I assume you are using an aftermarket intake and need to hook that up, right? Its best if you can hook it up to the intake instead, but you'll be fine.
