I am getin a SS/SC Front Bumper on my ls will it matter if i do not get the fog lights with it i did not want to pay 150 bucks a piece for the i will just buy them later

 

search around junk yards and such. Also try ppl that may have put on body kits and didnt use the OEM foglights.

go to ebay,, the pair is abour 79 bucks,, comes with all mounting brackets, bulbs, exept for the wires,,

 

the ebay ones are exact, not some knock off, thats what i used when i did this swap... the $79 dollar ones, but to answer your ?, you can install these later...

 

so what do i do about the wires can a performance shop wire them up?

any place that can put a sound system can also wire up the fogs,, a performance shop should do it too or at least have the wires.. yes

 

gtx: my fogs finally came in yesterday after a 2 1/2 weeks wait,, so on wednesday im going to install them with the help of a friend, and Im planing on making a howto on this, since Ive seen none,, so if you whant to save a few bucks and do it yourself,, wait for the howto,,

its actully pretty simple. i got the ss s/c bumper on my car w/ the stock fog lamps in..

what i did was splice the wires from my low beams to the fogs. so whenever my low beams are on, my fog lamps are on as well. i figured out what wire it was by using a "light tester thingy" where the light bulb lit up when you hit a live wire.

if you guys are doing it this way i can let you know tomorrow exactly what wire it is i used to tap in to.
