now i have read on here that the ss cluster will not work via the speedo but i just installed on im my ls today and it works fine speedo tach gas and DIC it all works it a good upgrade

all i did was plug it and go

 

i just did it yesterday and it works great plug and play just a pain to get in haha

 

What did you guys pay for your clusters?

 

not working hmm, i thought i cleared that subject up...i made a how to on cluster swaps, i used a SS/NS cluster on my ls, and it all worked fine,

 

i paid 50 bucks for mine go on ebay and find morad parts company they have lots of parts for cobalts i also got the ss seats with everything included for 400 cash

 

I bought my spare engine from Ed at Morad. Good guy to deal with.

 

Morad is a good parts company but their too expensive on certian things.

there is my declaration of working...everyone said it wouldnt work, blah blah wont work blah blah not the same blah blah and i did it anyway and it worked

swap between the same year though..06->06, 07-07, that sorta thing, if not its not guranteed to work

 

i got a ss/sc one but its currently not in my new one so, when i get it in ill get pics of it

 

I'm not sure if anyone has actually swapped an SS/SC cluster into an LS but my will be arriving tomorrow so I will let you all know how that goes. And I payed 75 shipped for mine on ebay

 

I have in my old LS...took it out and traded it works great so no worries about it not working it worked great for me

Here you go i made a vid of mine i just put in. I had the brake and abs light on for a few min but then they turned off and haven't come back on since. I know it's shitty quality but it's my cell and all that i have at the moment.
