Hey donna!

Sorry to suprise you but yeah, I'm making alot of changes in my life. I felt like I was standing in front of a brick wall going no where while I was in NJ...I'm just trying something new and it seems alright so far.

Thanks for the wish.

yes you WILL end up modding the eclipse,! good luck on the new road.
Thanks for the respect.

If I do modify the car, it won't be as radical as the Sunfire.

Madison is in the metropolitan of nashville.

I think a couple hours maybe. I've never been to Memphis.

Don't let your mother drive the new ride though, we don't want any front bumpers needing new paint .

I remember almost every post you made about the paint. Went from the Black/white/red with vinyal all over the place, to the black and red beast you had.

The car is weird...it becomes an acquired taste. The more you look at it and look at the aerodynamics of the car, the more you'll probably like it...atleast that's how it was for me.

And yes, the wheel gap is a big negative, even on my car but atleast the stock 18s make it look nicer

Trust me, even in person it's not all that great unless it's lowered.

By the way...guess how much Mitsubishi wants if you want the kit?

$1,400

Yes...$1,400 for a freakin lip kit!

The Eclipse Gt is one of the best looking coupes out there in my eyes, a very sexy car a bit out of my price range though when I bought the GT

Just curious did you give consideration to the G6 gxp when shopping, I saw some articles giving it the nod over the 06 eclipse gt?

It was kind of a rush situation. I needed a reliable car for the drive out to TN from NJ (about an 13 hr drive all together) and the people at Mitsubishi really were trying to make some type of deal to get me out of my current vehicle and into a Mitsu. It's not like I had plenty of time to go from dealer to dealer and really shop around.

I will say that I went to 3 dealerships and test drove 5 cars: 06 WRX, 06 WRX STi, 06 Galant, 06 Eclipse and an EVO 9.

I know it's your girlfriends car and she probably doesn't care but man the 4 bangers are slow. I saw a video of a GT vs. GS and it was a 14.0 run vs. a 17 something run...it was really bad.

Also, if you guys ever run across the GT Autos...those things are slow too.
