i believe my bolts i used were actually m6x1.00x80, they didnt have tghe right size for me but these work, or it might have been m6x1.00x70, i cant remember

yea true value had either 70 or 80 not 75 but i managed to the the other 5 intake mani bolts that were m6x1.00x25 from them but another guy said he installed it without the 2 bolts so im gonna wait till the install and prolly just buy both sizes lol

thats what i did then used the ones that fit best, but your going to need a washer for those bolts to cause the head is to small and will fit into the intake mani, i believe i used one washer on the passenger side and 2 on the driver side cause of the oblong hole... but they have been working perfectly for me

when i install the dual pass what cores do i need to switch the bottom two?

the inner 2 will be "in" and the outer 2 are "out" so the top 2 need to be flipped.Be very careful.They are extremely fragile

get 80mm if you have to and use some washers.

the way there how to shows there are only 5 bolts on top and 2 nuts and one bolt underneath? is this correct ?

I don't remember the size, it just came with my kit. I remember that one bolt in the location from the picture there was also a bushing to make the bolt fit inside there. I'm not sure on the nuts, there may have been one to hold that bolt in but I'm not entirely sure.

Yea, you can talk about all you want but when you start working on it you'll run into new problems you weren't prepared for. But it's worth it in the end.

the 2 studs you see in your pic you posted,we dont have,so thats what the 2 longer M6 bolts are for

I didn't even put that bottom bolt on my intake mani. Honestly I forgot all about it til everything was already together and running and I haven't had any problems with it

well since its such a pain i might just skip it as well lol and since all the confusin about which bolts to get is over with i just need gauges and spark plugs and im done.

also, that bolt isnt that hard to get in. jay did it in like 15 seconds on his car. as long as your not a total simpleton you can do it.
