TB Spacer
I wouldnt modify anything with the TB. You will most likely go into limp mode. If anything, get the 2.4 intake manifold with adapter plate. Thats as far as i would go without tuning.
yea, we have 1, but its only for Nitros I believe. No real gains of power w/o using spray.
We have 1 for our car but its only for Nitrous Injection I think. No gains as far as HP w/o spary.

exactly!! the 2.0,2.2 and the 2.4 will not make any more hp with a spacer plate. if you want better acceleration response polish the tb. just be careful, it is not that hard to do.and while you have it off make sure that the throttle flap is as close to wide open throttle as it can be. gm made them so they will not open like that for warranty reasons. better acc. and more low end tq. as the engine will pick up quicker.
i don't think it would physically fit. if you were to lift the tb any you could come very close to touching the hood. even if you could add a spacer i don't there is much to be gained, It would have to be small. also, look at how long the intake runners are.
