throttle body and injector questions.

im pretty sure its already been asked and answered. and theres going to be some ss/sc d**k head thats going to make a rude mark. but i want a direct answer. thanks.
1. I have purchased a throttle body spacer. good call? i never had one on any of my other cars. wondering if anyone had/ has one?
2. would the stock lsj injector do any damage to my 2.2L? if compatible, is there any other additional work i must do?

TB Spacer wont really do anything aside from make a good place to drill if your running spray(nitrous).

SS/SC injectors will fit but depending on your year you will need a new harness and nomatter what you will need tuned for them or you will be running so rich on start up your car probably wont run.

the spacer has a port outlet for spray. i've been running dry. but his is for wet, and is supposed to be safer. i have a 2007 chevy cobalt ls with an auto. trans. im getting the injector for $10.00 from a friend. is it worth it?

You do realize you need 4 injectors right? also dry is a nono, get that baby wet/direct port immediately.

i agree^^^...also to have the injectors ss/sc injectors to work you need the harness also because then u need to wire them in i believe...i have them for my turbo kit and havent put them in yet but i know u need to wire in the ss/sc wiring harness and then get a tune but if ur not goin forced like turbo or super or something like stage 2 cams then i think there kinda pointless....but hey put them in get a tune and see what happens...maybe it will give u some increase

I was about to say... why dont they just throw 10 lb injectors and be done with it if flowrate doesnt matter?

they are a supportig mod, they will not give you extra power, they will just allow you to make extra power and not run out of fuel

wrong, tune will give you timing and remove things such as pe delay and raise the rev limiter or speed limiter
the injectors will do NOTHING but allow you to mod further....thats it. You will feel a difference witha tune and show a difference on the dyno and the track, injectors you will not....they are like axels...you wont notice the difference physically, you just wont break anything
