Question Tri flow cams for early L61 NA?

The first few steps are not finished yet… the next ones are already teasing

I have tried to get an overview to the topic “cams in an early L61”

I wonder why the tri flow/triflow cams which promise MORE POWER through the complete rev range are no longer discussed here anymore? Are they so state of the art, that one should simply have them or has more than a little bit happened in the meantime, why nobody buys them any longer?

I have read enough over comp cams. They seem to be fine. But right from the stories so far… the tri flow should even better?

Sadly (?) JBP is not on the board any longer… who is able to tell me some new information about them? The last infos are from 2006-2008.

Thanks in advance

Note: forced induction will never be my way… so I am searching not for cams which make it easy to blow up whatever….
