correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe the e61 ecm is used on the '06-up 2.4 (LE5). Carputing does support that ecm, but yeah, no support for '05-'06 2.2 (L61) with e16A(?). However, they do support the T42 TCM, which I think is used in all of these cars, but i don't think you'd want to shell out $550 just to reprogram your TCM.

My bad... lol, all I remebered was it was a 61 something

They only donefall with the Tuning from Vince is it's a canned tune, and you can't "tune on the go", but It's better than nothing... that's for sure! When he gets done with the TCM stuff, he should sell licenses of the program and have it reprogrammed for a Laptops use.

Trifecta's such a cost-effective and good tuning method....

good work but...

this proves so far only that the software is capable of reading the ECM. have any changes been made and tested to verify its operation?

Nothing wrong with Trifecta. Vince did the tune in my car. Gave me a nice flat torque curve (making 92% peak torque at redline), smoothed out that annoying little power wobble you get from the LSJ.

Only thing is, he did all of his power tuning at 3k and up. So if you go WOT below 3k, it feels like a turbo car just spooling up when it gets to 3k.

why the hell would GM put PE at 8000rpm.....essentially pretending it doesn't exist..... someone help me out on this. cause if that's true, it's constantly trying to keep the afr back, rather than letting it adjust and make power. yet 07's are rated a tiny ass bit higher on the dyno.....wierd.

can we verify the power enrichment figure?
