Turbo 2.2 questions

Long time sense I have posted anything on here, but I finally turbo’ed my balt with a 06 Saab 93 turbo. I have two questions. One I want to run the coolant lines through it but I don’t know what coolant hoses to t into. Tried looking everywhere but couldn’t find anything. Second question is how much boost would I be able to run safely? Right now I am at Wastegate pressure so around 5-6 psi from what my boost gauge tells me. Any help would be appreciated thanks

The coolant lines arent neccessary as long as you have oil running to it.

IMO you can run 12-15psi and it should be alright.

Thanks for the reply, I’ll mess with the boost controller this coming week, but I would really like to run the coolant lines I’ll just have to try and figure it out I guess

You could mimic the coolant hose routing from the LNF, Im not sure how the LK9 saab water routing is. The LNF has a fitting on the thermostat housing for feed and the return lines comes around the passenger side of the head and returns to the top of the head in the front.

I would just try to copy how they did it from the factory for the setup youre using.

I've researched this up and down as I'm doing the same.
Stock on the saab one line is teed in from the upper rad hose. The other is tapped into the water pump housing.
I found one at the yard, so I grabbed the t fitting for the rad hose and ill use that. The return line ill t in to the heater core line for simplicity. I'm not trying to do anything harder then it needs to be. Haha
