Well, this time its really offical, im finally finshed playing games with companys and for teh THIRD time, yes thats right. THIRD time i've ordered the Garrett Alpha Turbo kit and this time its comming right from bill hahn himself. For the price, i cannot thank him enough. So keep your eyes open in this thread as i become the first turboed sedan 2.2L. As soon as i get this kit in my hands its going right over to SMG autosports for install and before and after dynos. I cannot WAIT!
BTW, I drive a 2005 Chevy Cobalt LS Sedan 5 speed. Mods are in my garage. Im looking for a decent DP, not sure what to go with, either the stock LSJ or maybe CA's downpipe. anything beats my "1" stocker"

 

The downpipe comes with the kit. Its the piece that goes from the exhaust side of the turbo to the exhaust piping. Just get a custom turbo back exhaust that will go from the downpipe back. It should only cost you about $300 for a nice mandral bent 2.5" exhaust. Buy your own cat and muffler and bring it to them, it will be cheaper.

 

Well in that case, i already have the DC sports exhaust which i refuse to give up it sounds soo nice lol. It really comes with a DP? from the pics i dont see it.

2.4 already has the SS downpipe, the one that comes with the kit I heard is not much larger. but i could be wrong

 

i believe the kit comes with a dp from the turbo to the stock downpipe. btw 2.4 and 2.0 dp's are different.

Second Order: Turbobygarret.com - Linked me to another site to order, placed order then called the next day and the phone number was to Duel Graphics? They didnt know what a turbo was nor had my order number. They say my order has been cancled but well see when monday comes.
Third Order: Hahn which they will NOT let me down Bill is the man!
