found this in another forum. i think it looks pretty good. what do you all think?

more info:
weapon-r intake

anyway, i was hoping everyone could chime in and tell what they think about this and others being discussed. i still don't know what i should go with, this one or injen's. but i think for now, weapon-r's is winning me over.

Y!!! Injen is COLD AIR... + With the injen, U can take the one part off, and make it into a Ram Air, as this one is.... Go with the injen man!

Go for the Injen. Its a much higher quality intake, plus its cold air. You will barely gain anything off that weapon-r short ram. You might actually lose power with the weapon-r intake.

hey thanks for pointing me in the right direction. phew.. i didn't realize the price difference and forgot about the versatility of the injen intake. i think what really got my attention(regarding weapon-r) was their filter. on their website they compare foam vs. cotton gauze filters(here). they emphasize how much more foam actually filters and the advantage of the design of their filter to better route air into the piping. so, while i'm sure i'm going to get injen's intake(now, thank you all) for my car i thought i could possibly get their weapon-r's filter for it. again, don't know how much better a weapon-r "secret weapon" air filter is over a highly trusted and proven K&N air filter is.

No way. I had the Weapon-R secret weapon for my 1999 Ford Escort and it gave me excellent sound and performance. Its the first intake I have ever purchased but compared to my girlfriends injen on her 2003 neon sxt I would go with th weapon-r any day!!!
