Where to buy k&n filter
Ok so i have been looking for a k&n filter for my 2.2. Its just my daily driver and im trying to get as much mileage as possible. None of the local autoparts stores have it, they all have to order it ranging from $45-60. Does anyone know of anywhere online where i can possibly get one? The cheaper the better. Thanks for the help.

I got mine from AutoAnything.com...39.45 I think it was and free shipping. I ordered it Monday, they shipped it Tuesday, and I got it yesterday. Couldn't ask for more in my opinion.
Edit: Just saw that you're asking about the 2.2...should still be in the same price range though.
Edit again : Just click here!

yours must be an auto. Mine is 5 speed and i consistantly get 42 mpg on it. Now i do shift by about 1600 rpm and slip her into nuetral going down hills. Probably drive 85% highway too. Its kinda weird how much better i get than the sticker says. I double check so my guage is right. anyways thanks for the info

Is the K&N worth it for the money? I know a CAI/SRI is a better choice overall, however for someone like myself who isn't all about performance, is about $40 worth it for the K&N filter? I imagine after a while it would pay for itself by the improved MPG. What's the performance gain, 3-4hp?

I just ordered my K&N filter from Autoanything.com . Cant wait till it gets here. Better fuel economy is good with gas prices projected to be above $4.00 at the end of summer and more HP is always a good thing!
