its been apperance mods, interior mods, and other work..........summertime custom exhaust and header......and maybe some other stuff.......but hey its a kick ass DD not a race car so dont see the point in making it faster........no need to go over 115 lol

I have K&N air intake,longtube header,2.5 custom downpipe,2.5 custom exhaust,B&M shiftplus.I will be putting on shortly a Hayden transmission cooler.So I don't know I am pretty much one of the cobalts fully bolted on in Illinois for a 2.2 that is.I would get a 2.4 manifold,but I might be going supercharge so it will be kind of pointless since I would have to grab a lsj manifold instead.

I don't know since I don't have the 2.4 manifold,if I go supercharger then I have to use the lsj manifold but if I decide to stay NA I will do the 2.4 manifold and engine build instead.The 2.4 manifold moves your powerband basicly,you do gain extra hp at the end,as for torque though I have heard not so good,but thats people with half bolt ons like a catback and CAI that is it.

i plan on going n/a with my 2.2. i will have my engine set-up for nitrous for the track. im rebuilding everything either this winter or next winter. i havent decided if i want a fast 4dr cobalt ls, or a bagged suv/truck. im hoping for about 210-220 w/o nitrous.

i think right now according to the list i do...i have 155 whp
right now i have cai 4-2-1 header, cai dp, 2.5 exhaust w/ resonator removal and canister muffler, ebay cold air intake, and the beta trifecta tune...plus i run on royal purple oil, and shell vpower. I also run in a place with optimal altitude and humidity...
i plan on doing a full 2.2 na build...high comp pistons, stage 2 cams, rods, ported and built rebal auto works head, 2.4 intake mani & tb, injectors, lsd tranny, retune by vince, and some luck and supporting mods lol...im aiming for about as high as possible....maybe with the right parts and some luck 275+...but will settle for 250whp

yzrider452 you must have been hitting the bottle all the way down the track to get those #'s
there is a 2.2 with a supercharger on this site.. he runs it with a piggy back ecu i'm not sure what his numbers are but he has quiet a few vids on it

Right now probably the only guys pushing the most power are ones with cams installed in there cars. For example copson20, massive matt, and me. Idk if theirs anyone else here with cams

as for the cams is stage2 a lot diffrent from stage 1 i know its where the power (rpm wise) is that makes the diff but are their diffrent hp gains betwee the two
