Unhappy this is ****ed UP!!

ok so as i posted a while back i got the 2010 cobalt ss t/c.. well here is the run down of some bad BAD news.. so after i had signed all the paper work and the car was in my name they stopped me just before I got out the door with the key and said “ now we will charge you the $5000 down payment after the 1st of September.. I stopped and looked at him and I said “ didn’t you say that it was gona be a payment of $1000 down?” then he said “ no the bank is asking for a little more” …………

So I looked at him and asked where my Cobalt LT is cause I cant pay that much for a down payment and after a CRAP load of MORE paper work I got the LT back and I’m no longer with the SS..... that’s why I haven’t been on in so long.

i will delete the post about me getting it shortly.

Dirty bastages did this to my friend,. They think it's ok to breach their end of the contract, but try to take a car back IE; that you realize you cant afford. They will be like sorry you signed the paper work, but you can trade it in for something cheaper.

as long as it only shows 1k down on the final contract then you can tell them to get bent. no matter what the bank says. that dealer was just trying to get a few extra bucks outta you

Something doesn't add up. You signed a contact for an SS/TC with $1000 down because that is what the bank wanted for a line of credit. After you received the keys they said by the way you owe us $5000 dollars now? If you aren't BSing, the car was yours and you could have legally driven it off the lot!

It's a scam they pull called "spot delivery scam". They did the same thing to me to scam my dad into cosigning on my Cobalt. You live and learn...
