Hi I have a 2009 sc'd 2.2 and I am interested in building the motor. I found a guy selling a 2007 L61 that had been overheated for a good price. Can I buy that motor, build that bottom end and swap my head over? Any differences in the crank sensors or anything in that matter? Thanks. Cross posted in L61 tech also.

 

The bottom ends are completely the same between the two

Also, i removed your other thread. No reason to have two of them.
