im buttoning up a supercharger setup on our shops 2009 hhr and ive run into issues on the throttle body wiring. there is so much conflicting info i cant figure out whats correct. i found a diagram on how to wire the lsj throttle body and its way off and nothing works.

does anyone have a throttle body wiring diagram for a 2.2l LAP? if i have that i could sort it out (ive got reliable diagrams for the lsj stuff), but i cant even find a diagram i reliably know is from an LAP.

now if i could just sort out the injector tables for the gm stage 2 injectors id be set.

 

no prob, you'd have to ask someone else bc im not a tuner AT ALL.

 

i think i got it sorted, at least i hope. found someone on hp tuners forum that had an 09 cobalt lap with a supercharger and the gm stage 2 42lb injectors, so i just copied his tables.

all else fails ill go back to stock injectors, the car is flex fuel so it has 36lb injectors stock. might be marginal for what im doing (3.1 pulley) but i can always try it and see how it goes.

 

As long as you are using the same injectors the injector data should be the same and you will be running fine. If you need any help let me know, I supercharged my LAP G5 and tuned it myself. Been using HPtuners software for about 3 years now and am pretty familiar with it

 

i got it sorted out a while ago. i ended up using the 42lb injectors and the injector data i had found worked.

the thing rips, i was actually pleasantly surprised how fun that car is now.
