I have a 2010 Cobalt LT 2.2 (LAP), from these pictures

does my car have SAI or no and if it does, does that limit my choices for CAI

neither of those pics help. we need to see the top of the AIRBOX. if there is just one thick hose coming off it you dont have SAI if there is the regular 3 inch corrugated one AND a small 1" then you have SAI.

and no. sai doesnt hurt intake choices. just use a zip tie to tie it to the stud where the airbox was affixed to and run a small breather filter. i have a pic somewhere. lemme find it.



see where the little chrome and mesh filter is in the back? thats where sai would be

K&N offer the 2.2 intake with provisions for SAI to hook up to.

no sai for j00. see that little flat on the top right of the airbox? if you had sai there would be a tube there.
