A tenth 0-60? More like over half a second from stock 7.1. About the 1/4 mile time.......yes some people have somehow gotten bone stock 2.4L's into the 14.9 range, but those are factory freaks in my opinion. Look at the majority of bone stock 2.4L Cobalts/G5s and they're in the 15.5-15.8 range at 88-89 mph.

 

I think its the Altitude more then anything affecting out cars. the 14.9-15.2s are run at near sea level. all of the 15.5+ are in canada and above 2,000 feet.
