BTW did you see the post about how a 2.4 hangs with a stock SC on the first page?

 

Yeah I did, and yeah I'm not sure. I have no doubt that a very good driver in a 2.4 can demolish a slightly below average driver in an s/c. Hell, I do it to my wife all the time.

A) If the other guy asked "omgz, is that thing s/c'd??!!1" how much stock can you put in the other driver's ability?
B) Shaving 0.9 seconds off of a 0-60 time is a LOT, but his 1/4 speeds are pretty fast. Maybe he has a factory freak, idk.

I do agree that the 2.4's competition should not be the SC.. but I personally can't wait to blow the doors off my 2.4 with my 2.0 - but I realize it will take a major modification to do so.

 

well i just want to know what i need to start building my 2.4 and where i can get these parts. i am new to this stuff

do all turbo kits come with a blow off valve that gives it that pretty sound when you shift??

 

Now a SC 2.0 will beat me but it won't demolish me. I can hang pretty good for what I got Thats why I'm pretty sure with the mods listed above that I should be able to hang right with them till around 60 or so. And then on the highway I should be able to somewhat keep up. I'm not looking for a miricle cause my cars NOT a SC car, I realize that. I'm just looking to almost be able to hang with one. KNow what I mean?
