Exclamation Anyone else pull CEL with Full Exhaust

i have full exhaust done:

V2 headers

Vibrant Downpipe w/high flow cat

and functional Duals out the rear end with Custom Race mufflers

anyways, i first received a p0420 code (inefficient cat). i fixed that by putting on a defouler on the rear O2 sensor. now im getting the code p0130 (o2 sensor heater) that i cant seem to get rid of. i've replaced O2 sensors, checked fuses, checked the plug connection. everything looks good. does anyone know why i keep getting this code? the last thing for me to try is putting the stock header back on and see if i throw codes

HELP

I don't think my set up has gone that far into codes. P0420 is a lot of fun though.. So annoying!

You know that P0130 is for the upstream O2 sensor, right? Just wanted to make sure you weren't trying to fix the downstream one... Have you made sure that you don't have an exhaust leak at the head? That would cause P0130.

get the dumb stuff outta the way first.

You said you swapped O2 sensors (hopefully the back one).

Did you twist the wires and accidentally pull out one of the wires for the heater circuit (ie ruin the O2 sensor) when you were screwing it in?

P0130 is for the FRONT O2 SENSOR. P0136 is for the rear...

^yes but why would you mess with the front one if ur original codes is P0420?

cobalts wiring is so screwed up. They throw MAF codes when an emissions fuse being blown is the root cause.

Some headers just throw that code randomly.

I get it once every 500 miles or so, and then it goes away. More of an annoyance than anything else, really.

My lean code, however... :facepalm

first i got the 0420 code.. i placed a spacer on the rear sensor and the code went away

then i received a 0130 code. the FRONT sensor...i checked fuses and REPLACED the FRONT o2 sensor with AC Delco. btw, you can only get it from GM. Pep Boys carries Bosch only and Kragen said they couldn't get any of those in.

i get the code about every 1 -2 days after i clear it. i've check for exhaust leaks, re-tightened the headers and downpipe, which weren't loose...i dont know what to do but try to go back to stock...

should i go back to stock header/downpipe and still receive the code, you think the 5 year power train will cover this? i've had my car for about 2 years now, so the other warranties are crap

also, thanks for every ones input. sometimes my posts don't ever get a response

i haven't gotten a lean code, but think my car is running rich. anyone know how to change that? i think i've read before something about the plugs not being gapped right? not burning al the fuel, so it sends more

thanks for the quick response everyone...sometimes i post things that never get answered
