no it seems like the JBP header with a downpipe that will fit, im not sure what downpipe can fit like the stock one and then get a catback as well, i think JBP sells the header AND downpipe together for like $1000ish? then you go and get some aftermarket catback, if you really want a beast exhaust im thinking JBP header/downpipe with the ARK catback! WOWEE that could be godlike

Im gonna have to toss my chips in the C.A. header pile. Its reasonably priced, its good thick stainless steel, its a snap to install, you can do most of the work from the top of the engine bay, They ship fairly quick and come with some Pretty fair gaskets it already has the O2 bung welded on. It feels like a good 10-12 whp and 8ish ftlbs tq gain on a 2.4 LE5. My ass dyno is pretty accurate for those who question but unfortunantly the print outs, well stink.

To the fellow with a gasket leak... A small bearly audable Collector leak on one of my prior cars was enough to drop it +- 30 whp(on an SBC) so yes when you fix it expect big gains.

Ill save the 1k headers for a car that is worth over 20k to some one other than a shadey ass dealership.

that was me with the gasket leak, i bought a new gasket for the extrude honed manifold just in case its any better than stock and i got extremely high temp gasket maker stuff and im going to put that stuff on the header and downpipe gaskets, ill do all of that when the car comes back from chevy cause of my 2nd gear. i really do hope to see a good gain because it seems to have not gained anything really.

supposedly 15whp with the downpipe on a 2.4 no tune. CA is just a header and claims 10whp so thats pretty good.

header and downpipe I do believe. Without the downpipe it would be pointless to do just a header. The downpipe form what I have read is very restrictive. After talking to Illmatic3s
I have decided to go with the CA header and downpipe W/cat.

ZZP Midlength header and downpipe.

They come off the head and shoot practically straight into the downpipe, so the airflow is awesome. You'll feel it. Up top it hauls ass. Puts you in the seat and keeps you there.

As for the sound, it gives it a slightly raspier sound, but it's deep and sexy. Ask anyone who has heard my car.

People will claim the quality is terrible with ZZP and stuff is always breaking. I beat my car and haven't had a problem yet and I've had it for over a month (about 1,000 miles -- I drive a lot!). Any problems you could have are installer error.

I highly recommend.

let's put it this way. I said to myself, "self, you'll never invest in a wideband".

Well, they accidentally sent me one with the extra O2 bung. BriantheLion gave me a call the other day and said he just got HPtuners and is trying to pay the credits off and could [non-dyno]tune my car if I had the extra O2 bung.

So, I got tuned yesterday, I love the tune, my car responds totally different, and I couldn't have done it without the extra bung.

Moral of the story, just get it, you never know who you'll bump into. It makes it too easy to tune.

with the combination of both you will probably see no more than 5hp, and thats pushing it. and with both the sound will be barely louder than stock unless you get the sport exhaust and its not even that much better. we dont lie when we see this thread about JBP and instantly cream our pants, this is hands down the best sounding noise ever to come out of a cobalt
