i Just installed my CAI and i took it for a test drive to see how it runs, i know that when hitting the gas you get a rumble, but when i accelerate between 20-30 i get kind of a whistling sound.
Is that normal? if not does anyone know what it is?

yeah, its fine. its sucking in more air.

 

i would also double check all your clamps and joints...make sure they are tight

 

ok cool i just heard a whistle and was like hmmm is that suppose to do that, im such a newb.

yea i did that before i took a test drive and i triple check when i got back because of the whistle.

 

mine does the same thing, sometimes it sounds like i have a BOV lol

Mine doesn't do that. Though I do have SRI. It might be different.
