Nope, I have a bumbed rev limiter on my car now with full bolt on's. and it starts to drop after 6800 rpm's.

should have looked into actual wheel horsepower before buying my car ><

wanted the SS/SC so bad, but thought there was only a marginal difference

but that assumption was WAY off

its more like 50hp less and 50tq less too

might trade up for the next gen cobalt ss (as in turbo or supercharged one)

still got at least a year before that though

why trade up and waste lots of money when you can just slap the m62 on our cars??

so there would be no point in increasing the limiter unless.... bigger diameter bolt on's (side effect= loss in the low end) or Forced induction??

my cars an auto, and it bugs me, the thrill of driving stick is irreplaceable

rents suggested me get an auto (destorying my dream of getting the sc cobalt) because they're the one's making it possible for me to get this car since my credit hadn't been established yet

oh well

OK, OK, click on the link in my sig. There's dyno sheets for stock, GMPP intake sealed to the hood, and GMPP intake breathing through a scoop.

You're not going to like the numbers, though. Raw dyno numbers mean NOTHING - they vary from dyno to dyno. What they can be good for is seeing the percent increase for mods, which is what I posted these for. If you want one that says 300 WHP, I will be glad to provide one if someone wants to pay for an hour on the dyno. All you have to do is change the correction factor and you can get anything you want.

lol i'm less interested in the numbers and more interested in the curve to see where we're making the most power

I don't have my stock dyno but after an intake/catback/tune I got to 165whp. Not sure what it is now after the removed intake silencer, haeder, downpipe, and hiflow cat. I'm thinking 185whp.

I'm looking forward to 14.6ish with my new setup and soon I'll have the ETD and that could bring it down to 14.55ish. Who knows? lol. Get rid of that damn wheel hop.

I'm trying not to lol. If I go F/I not only will it dent my wallet but it would incline me to spend even more on performance parts.
