How are you making it stay in gear during a dyno pull?

HPT scanner tools. You also have to change a setting in the tune or it won't work. Will post a screenshot when I'm home

To be able to command gears with HPT you need to MAX those two fields(MAX RPM/MAX VSS), and ZERO OUT the (Downshift max VSS) table. Then you can command whatever gear you want with the scanner open. You can also command a full lock of the converter in any gear, but remember to unlock it when you come to a stop or the car will die.

This. Even 10,000 works. HPT will correct them to the maximum they can be.

Im super interested to see how this goes! I have been wanting to do an NA build with an intake manifold like this, but was always concerned about losing power with the design of the runners on it. Did you just use a regular LSJ intake for the manifold? Did it require any modification besides removing the washer fluid tank?

A buddy did the work for me, he removed the tank just to make room for my velocity stack filter and made a intake that goes straight down to the right. lsj oil dipstick, diff hose for evap, relocated intake air sensor. I think that's it

Hurry up! (;
Haha, I think all of us are excited to see how this turns out. Do you have plans to port and polish the head, throw some springs, retainers, and cams in there?

First snag, oil change now takes triple the time because of the runners blocking the oil filter

What a waste of time.

You'd see better results by losing a few pounds.

Probably is but I'd still like to see some results. Im at 145lb and if u saw my car its down to the bare minimum I don't keep anything extra. I removed all extra weight arm rest, spare tire, rear headrest, passenger seat haha etc...
