Here is a quick rundown of the parts list I'm using for my swap. Keep in mind that I'm going to run E85 so I need 80# injectors whereas you could use 42# or 60# depending on your setup with 93. I'm not swapping the oil pan or LSJ alternator, instead, cut off one rib of the belt and it works on our pulleys.

Alissa "Chevygirl2006" has the same setup. She has a 2.4 with the supercharger swap, so she has alot of info on it and can help out with questions.

PARTS LIST-
- M62 Supercharger (ported) w/2.8 pulley / map sensor
- LSJ Intake manifold w/ dual pass endplate
- Intake manifold lower brace/bracket
- LSJ heat exchanger
- LS4 throttle body
- LSJ idler pulley
- LSJ alternator bracket/tensioner pulley
- 80# injectors w/harness
- LNF spark plugs
- Stage 2 belt
- IC pump
- Valve cover breather
- Upper radiator hose
- Long tube header
- ZZP 3” catless downpipe
- Option b tank / bracket
- Boost gauge

GASKETS-
- Intake manifold gasket
- Supercharger gasket
- Long tube header gasket

SENSORS / PIGTAILS-
- LSJ 2.5 bar MAP sensor
- MAF extension
- IC pump pigtail
- Throttle body harness
- o2 sensor extension

BOLTS-
- Supercharger to manifold bolts- (x4) 11589214 $2/piece Crate Engine Depot
- Intake manifold to head bolts - (x2) 0154419, (x5) 0154418 $25 Fastenal
- Throttle body to supercharger bolts
- Idler to block bolts
- Alternator spacer/ tensioner bolts
- Lower intake manifold brace bolts

HOSE-
- 10ft. x ¾” I.D. Hose
- 10ft x ¼” I.D. Hose

I like this parts list better than Beck's, it was a bit outdated. I think I already asked this but, are you tuning this yourself or buying a tune? I'm looking forward to seeing this come together.

Thanks, the list is something I put together based off Beck's and a few other builds I have seen on here. Then I did some tweaking for my personal setup.

As far as tuning goes, I am having it tuned by a guy named James who is local to me. I see that you're in Indiana, how close to KY are you? He may be a good option for you when it comes time. He's use HPTuners to tune mine on E85.

Since that post I've now had 3 people say something about his tuning ability... I'm gonna be honest, I've seen good and bad about multiple people that tune. The reason I was going with him is because he's local and after talking to him he seemed to know alot about the setup.

If you guys have suggestions on tuning feel free to share. I want this setup to run safe. Any opinions, thoughts are welcome...

EDIT: So I did a quick search on James Rakes on here and found 2 threads saying beware. The shorter one looked to be a troll thread and provided no actual info so I disregarded it. The 2nd one however is 23 pages long so I did some reading and saw that there were people who said he couldn't tune, and there were people who had his tune for months, years, thousands of miles and had no issues whatsoever.

Not really sure what to think honestly. I want a reliable tune that makes decent power. Any thoughts?

I'm in Bloomington. Not too far. Everyone will have opinions. Usually the bad ones are the most vocal. Happy people don't complain. Write that down. I was just curious about tuning because I see that you're piecing this together and have everything but that tune. I think I'm going to go with zzp just because their kit comes with a tune which will be a good starting point. I just got hptuners today and I am going to start messing around with it. I have no prior tuning experience but I have read a few books and watched some videos and I think I have the basic concept. Maybe in 6-8 months I'll have enough confidence to do it myself or tweak what zzp has in the kit. I'm the "anything you can do, I can do" kind of guy.

Yea I know, everyone has their preference on everything. I'm gonna consider my options and make a decision later. I've had to put the swap on hold for the moment to take care of more important things so it'll be a while anyway. No hurry.

Another option would be, if you're willing to let me use your HPT I could buy credits on it and have someone on here send me a tune that way. IDK we'll see how things go and figure it out.
