Fuel Filter

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2007 cobalt ss 2.4L?

I was told by the dealer its located in the fuel tank???

I think it's outside.

How come they say on some cobalts its located in the tank??? Confusing :S how are you supposed to know......

it's outside on all cobalts and it's easy to replace just be prepared to get wet.
