Ok sad news i got pulled over for racing my best friend i was doing 77 in a 50 so i have way tomany points but on the ticket it says i was driving a 2004 GMC, PK, WHI, plate # X41NRY When i was driving a 2006 CHEVY, COBALT SS, WHI, PLate # F737AD does anyone think i can get it dropped?

 

yes if the cop wrote it up wrong it can be dropped it has happened here in VA to my friends. i dont see why not for you either but the laws are gay so who knows the real answer

that's a good question..not too sure myself...Are you required to appear in court? My guess is that you'll be screwed either way..they obviously have your drivers license number..but then again I could be wrong...how many points was the ticket??

 

well you were speeding and you do deserve the ticket. But everyone speeds so its worth a shot, just plead not guilty and explain to the judge that you dont believe you were speeding and that the police wrote you a ticked that you were not driving in.

 

depending on the state if the cop writes the ticket up wrong with your information, I think it gets dropped.

Whenever I get a ticket that's the first thing I check...never happened to me tho unfortunately and I have court next month for 4 tickets

21 almost 22, not one speeding ticket.. got pulled over a few times and i've gotten out of it or it's been dropped every time... i stopped speeding because I figured I was pressing my luck it's not worth it ... unless you're driving extended distances...

 

Yup im done if i get to keep my license then im going to drive like an old man for a while, im going to go to court and ask for a court ordered class. If he gives it to me. And no i want my bumper cause my dad wants me to get an ss s/c, the funny thing is after that i got pulled over.

You're literally banging yourself in the booty, because you're gonna go to get a nice car when you're 21 or 22, and you're gonna have all these tickets from racing your 170hp car, and not be able to afford a nice car because the agent will laugh their ass off when they hear you want a 350+ HP car.
