Header question

si i am going to be putting together a new exhaust system over the winter and am sorta confused about headers what is the difference between the short, mid length and long headers?
what does each one give?
what one is best?
also how difficult is each one to install?

Short Header = Low End Power
Mid Length Header = Mid Power
Long Headers = High End Power

Correct me if I'm wrong. Most SS/NA builds are with a Short Header. I'll be getting one soon

I prefer the Short Header because of the low end lag that I have to deal with in the 2.4 auto. Can anyone with a shorty header chime in?

thats opposite, mid is still mid power, but a long tube header will give you more lowend and a shorty(similar to stock) will give you more topend power

Not sure but I think this is wrong? I thought it was the other way. Short is for high end only, mid was low and mid range, long was all ranges.
