CA stainless steel header just arrived and im pumped! But should i get the XTC downpipe to? Is it worth the $200??

And also...how come no instructions came? Is it really that simple??

 

its seriously easy. yes get a downpipe that header will be almost useless without getting rid of the stock cat. our sotck cats are super restrictive

have fun getting off those downpipe bolts off the header..bro seriously get the downpipe too...its only 250 with cat, 200 withoutcat..makes ur life easier..saw that stock dp off ...get that DOWNPIPE!!! then saw that bitch apart.haha

 

I'd go with the Rebel Autoworx Downpipe myself, more money, but just looks 100X better quality than the CA one...Plus I've heard too many bad things about the CA one...yes there are people who have it and have never had problems, i understand that...lol

nah the c/a are fine downpipes...its magnaflow piping with a vibrant cat....ive seen the zzp dp's fall apart....that was not a interesting site.

 

my zzp dp is awsome, i just think i wanan go louder and lose the cat.

as long as you have a external socket they come off piece of cake. if you don't have one you're pretty much screwed though.

 

depends on your taste? wanna be really loud no cat, if u want to be more mellow but have a roar go with a cat. to be safe go with cat first, if not sell it and get one without it

Sounds almost EXACTLY like mine, only I have the GMPP Touring exhaust so yours is a little louder

u wont hear a difference really with just addin the header..on mine i hear a lil difference...but once i change the downpipe..thats a different story.
