This is what happend

supposedly there was a fittment issue with a coolant line in the 2.2s but no 2.4s as well i had to dremel a dip in one of the tubes on the header so it wouldnt put pressure on the line because it was causing it to leak EVERYWHERE so needless to say 5 hours later ***** on and its chill i like it def got more pep it climbs in third quite a bit quicker now

i just hope the people at Cobalt Addiction send a note or something with the header so that people dont go through the **** i just went through boy am i glad thats its on and done its like 11 degrees out and working on your car that cold NOT FUN

but a great product non the less

mine did the same thing when I installed my CA header. When I started the car, the first thing I heard from my friends wasn't "nice, sounds good" it was "oh **** turn it off turn it off!" lol. It just took a little pee pee of coolants on my friends driveway, but I checked the coolant levels and the coolant temp on my gauge display, and everything was fine. I took it for a spin around the neighborhood and everything seemed fine. I installed everything back in Nov., and that little leakage deal hasn't happened against since. I think you probally just bumped the release valve thats under the car, b/c I asked the same question on .com when this happened to me, and thats what I was told. No worries, everything should be just fine.

also if there is a fitment issue... you can rotate the coolane pipe in towards the block and that will give u the clearance you need.
