hey this for all the 2.4 SC guys here, how much power are you putting out ? is it a noticeable increase ? im looking into picking up one of the SC kits posted here and just need some convincing that the power is worth the price tag.

you can make anywhere from 220whp-300whp depnds on mods. Its been talked about tons before...if you search i'm sure you'll find the info quicker.

 

one of these days I'll go to the dyno.... we should make a sticky in the 2.4 section with all the 2.4ss/sc 1/4 mile times and dyno numbers with list of mods

i had 252 whp and 209 wtrq before on a superflow dyno supposedly they are on the low side.. that was also with a 6800 redline now i have a 7200

we still got some fun tuning stuff to try too to try to work out more powah lol

if tuned correctly he shouldn't need to lol .. he'll just have to run like a 3.1" pulley

yep thats what im just ordered from OTT, I need a few more parts for the complete set up, and of course a tune. What tune would you recommend?

 

well hp tuners if pretty good thats wut im running

 

either someone that knows HPT really well and has tuned some 2.4's or trifecta. he's done just about everyones tune in this thread lol

 

Im pretty sure there a few more runnin a TVS on here. I talked to LSJwannabe from OTTP about it and its deffinantly possible. I will up date this when i get it installed...wont be for a while though i have to pay off the TVS before they ship it...

Good luck on the 2.4 TVS. That thing is gonna have some sick power. If area tuned it you'd see 310+whp on a 3.1" pulley im sure!

 

im trying to take that title, but im afraid i dont have the money anymore. Im sure someone will beat me to it. So my new goal is to be the first 400whp supercharged L61

either that or full zex wet nitrous kit

 

i say TVS and nitrous lol ... twincharged is not a fun thing to tune lol different? yes.. but totally not worth it lol
