How much juice will it take

Well guys i picked up a 2006 cobalt SS with a 2.4 liter with 25.000 miles and being that i have a 2002 ws6 that is pretty modded i dident want something i would start messing adding stuff to another car.
Well being that i had a Harris speed works wet kit sitting in my garage along with a racetronics fuel pimp and hot wire kit from a old set up i could not help my self.

So the day after i got the car install the kit and slapped in some tr6 plugs . who here runs spray on these cars and whats a good safe amount these bottom ends will hold i was thinking 75 to 100 shot on a stock fuel pump could be safe with a tune with my hp- tuners but i would like to hear what you guys have to say !!!

sounds like something i would say lol i figured i would pull 2 to 3 degrees out and add some fuel i still need to find out if my timing tuner will work other wise i will just make a tune for it i will just use on the bottle start out with a 75 shot and work from there. i ran 125 shot wet on my old SunFire GT for 3 years only problem i had was fuel noid go bad and puddle up in my intake and blew it apart haha.

here is a start up vid of my other car

2002 ws6 ceta forged bottom end ls3 on boost

Also, just to add to this post...I have read alot of posts on here about "how much can I spray?" For the 2.2 and 2.4, anything 75 shot and below is considered safe and has been done many times over. You could probably get away with a 100 shot on a progressive setup and pulling a couple degrees of timing but how long that will last I cannot answer.
This should help

i like this guy!!! not in a homo way or anything. lol not many on this forum use nitrous. personally i ran up to a 100 shot on my SS Supercharged. different motor and everything but my only recommendation with that much nitrous is to do it progressively. the hit on a 100 shot felt like something in the car was going to break. it was a smooth pull afterwards but the hit felt dangerous so i went back to a 75 shot

Found that post interesting but figured it would be nice to get members input on the subject as well.
I have a edge progressive controller from Harris speed works as well as a window switch and all the other crap from my old set up on the Trans am.

Today i plan to stick the bottle heater on and fuel pressure safety switch in.

As far as going to the progressive set up really i feel its being really conservative i feel it is not needed right now i wanted to save my self the pain of hooking that mess up.
being i wont be spraying it with any more then a 100 shot and i wont be taking the car to the track just trying to add some surprise to it you know some passing power .

As far as the hit goes I'm not so worried about the nitrous hitting hard just lets me know its working properly.

thanks for the heads up.
next weekend i will do some testing with small jets do a plug check and see where i stand from there my biggest worry is the fuel system on this car i am pretty new to what they have being that the car is my daily i do not want to starve it of fuel or break a ringland on a piston more research must be done i may end up doing the 340 pump and hot wire hit.
any one have a clue on the size injectors these cars come with ?

interesting so this was on a 2.4 ? well knowing the limitations of the rods and pistons is something im sure some of you have found out the hard way. Coming from the ls1 world 150 is the norm on stock ****. but yet i see guys spraying 200 to 250 as well = playing with fire
