I really dont know what i should do next

i know i might get flamed for a thread like this, but i am really confused as to what my next step is.

i have a 2.4ss auto with gmpp intake and performance exhaust. also have halo headlights and a new headunit.

i really dont know which mod should be next. i would say i have a good 600$ that i am willing to spend on mods.

i wanted to lower it a little, but some people say i should just get coil overs and some say i need new shocks and others say im fine with just springs, but i dont wanna half ass anything.

another way to go would to get some strut and sway bars i guess.

or maybe a header? is it even going to help me much? part of me wants to go turbo eventually (in a few years when it is paid off)

i was even thinkin of some new wheels, but i really love how the stocks shine when they are clean and plus id want a drop with wheels.

any advice?

You can use eibach springs for now then save for shocks later

There are plenty of lowered balts that didnt replace the struts and have no problems... The biggest thing you have to decide is if you can handle the slightly rougher ride.

Can't go wrong with a good 2.5" Header/DP combo either.

If you're looking for appearance wise, get tints. Otherwise definitely go for a header/downpipe combo.

well if u get a header, u'll see gains since u have the exhaust. but if u open it up more with the dp/cat, u'll see bigger gains. think about this...(extreme exaggeration) but go from a pool hose, to a garden hose, back to a pool hose (like the vacuum ones). see what i mean? if u have an opening big enough throughout, bigger gains since no restriction. also, u can't go wrong with a lowered balt. but performance wise, i'd say header/dp, or shift+ since ur auto. but the shift + r like 30 bucks. so u can get both!

i love my zzp combo

it's got a nice sound thats deep it's a good price too...and has alot of options

honestly you could get their header dp combo and lower your car for 600 bux if you play your cards right

also a tune would be something i'd set money aside for so your injectors don't hate you and for better performance/ gas mileage

b&m shiftplus. what it does is it changes shift points, as well as lengthens the longevity of ur transmission. basically its a perfect shift mod. cheap too. my buddy hackabuse wrote the how-to on it. if u have ne ?'s ask him. he knows more than i do about it. i have a manual. here's the how-to...

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/how-guide-43/how-install-b-m-shiftplus-38569/

pretty straight forward n easy.

its just my daily driver, but i take pride in it. i want it to have a little pep and be a better car than a stock one. i guess im mainly lookin for stuff that will help my everyday driving experience. if i wanna give it some i gas i want it to go. if i take a curvy road i want it to perform. stuff like that.
