Ignition Upgrades?

curious if there is ignition upgrades available or in development.

replace coil packs? or completely independent ignition system like msd etc?

Why would you want to? All ignitions on cobalts can handle around 500 hp.

Ha ha i love the Gt, the car has been solid, ive had it just over 3months and have 6800km's. I found this site just poking around seeing whats out there for my car.

So far i like what i see in development, now i just need to save up the cash to buy this stuff

you should check out the alberta regional section and introduce yourself there lots of people in your area, who have meets,lots of g5s showing up lately

holy crap, you know what you want i see you been doing your research,alot of people seem to like the cobalt addiction header/dp combo or the zzp combo.The injen intake is great cause its both a SR or CAI,the Twm short throw is awsome and the GM catback is great also(check crate engine depot for the catback)

i was trolling this site for a month before i decided to join

i have also taken interest in hp tuners, but im worried that is over my head atm, but i do have 4 friends who are csa approved techs. Plus the ron hodgson dealer in st.albert is a gmpp certified seller so i would imagine that i could get some support from them if i asked kindly enough

i have about 4 years in selling car parts so im not completly lost for what i want

i would wait on the header and DP if your planing on going turbo.. as the turbo kit will come with both in it for the turbo set up... just a little more info for you to think on
