intake and gas mileage

I would like to know from the people that actually have SRI systems, especally Injen on there cars if gas mileage increases or decreases. A little more horsepower is good, but A big part of my reason to buy this car was to get better mileage than I was getting with my last car, a 1999 Taurus. I don't want to go backwards.

As far as I can tell the intake dosen't do much for mileage in city driving conditions... it's all stop and go so not much of an effect there.

Where these SRI systems shine is highway mileage.

I've seen as high as 40MPG cruising at 55-65MPH on the interstate.

I only drive about 20-30 miles a day... all city. So I'm just enjoying the extra power.
