Jet Performance GM Module "Tune"
oh ok....i wanna see some dyno numbers before i buy one
wonder if that would be a nice combination with a blower

Earlier this week we made a 700 mile round trip through three states, mostly interstate driving in cruise control, 2.4L NA with K&N SRI and Jet Performance GM Module.... 30 MPG on the DIC with 350 plus miles per fill-up!
I got 35mpg and around 380 miles to a tank recently and i have i/h/catless dp/custom exhaust and no tune...
i saw the specs of the chip and it looks good, but when you said you got 30 mpg on the highway, it made me stop. i have an 08 sport (2.4L) and when i drive the 100 miles from LA to San Diego, i get around 34-38 mpg using only a CAI and just a y-pipe dual exhaust (no header, down pipe, or high flow cat). but maybe things havent settled in yet. i may give it some more thought.gonna get me a new exhaust manifold and downpipe beofre i start tuning or get a chip
Does the chip eliminate the CEL from using a performance header/DP? I'm still trying to find a solution to that problem that actually works. And as everyone else said, some actual data would be nice if you're feeling generous and decide to dyno =D
Still have mine in...no issues. Don't want to take it out...did that once long ago and put it right back in!!! Can't stand the factory lag below 4K when accelerating...to me this is where the Jet Performance module shines.
JEGS prices...$239 for the stage 1 and $249 for the stage 2 versions.

"canned tune"...the more often this is printed the more often it will be believed...don't forget, the factory "canned" tune works pretty well in all the Cobalts...
I "can" assure you, if a '07 Cobalt owner with a 2.4L down the street gets a trifecta tune...what ever tune he/she gets will work perfectly in my '07 2.4L Cobalt.

trifecta is a full customized tune to ur setup.. id like to see ur car vs a same yr same tranny car with the same mods and a trifecta tune.. u would most likely see tail lights.
put the trifecta in one stock 2.4 and then a jet chip in a stock 2.4. then dyno the both, i can garuntee the trifecta will net the higher dyno.
Trifecta can be done for better gas mileage or pure performance or in between. the jet is more of in between, will give u some noticeable performance but wont push the car to the limits because each 2.4 is a little different in different ways so they cant push them as far as Vince from trifecta can.
The biggest bonus is the trifecta can be tuned in specific for the mods you have done. The jet is the identical tune no matter stock or fully bolted so its not going to take full advantage of boltons you have on.

Chip Schneider
Trifecta dealer in the Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas of Texas
Keep this up and I'll be happy to JACK every thread for Trifecta tunes like you guys do to the Jet Performance threads.
"qft!!! 38 mfmpg!!! hwy!!"
38 MPG? Yea, in your MFdreams!!!!!

...if that were possible don't you think EVERY car manufacturer would be knocking down Trifecta's doors?
"This is quite incorrect. When i put a tune on a vehicle for Trifecta, the tune is first written specifically for the modifications that you have performed to the car"
In other words you set up basic parameters---commonly referred to as a "canned" tune...sell your "tune" and if you want to keep pushing the idea you are "personalizing" it to a specific car...I guess it's whatever you have to do to peddle your wares...you certainly can fool most of the people most of the time!
Curious too...does Trifecta offer any kind of warranty for those that get the trifecta tune and found out by a dealer, should the dealer void the engine warranty for having the Trifecta tune?
