Arrow LE5 350Hp build requirements?

So i currently have a 08 Sport (LE5 2.4) with a ZZP S/C Kit ran good for about 3 years and now the bottom end has finally went out. (was going to happen at some point what i want to know is

1. What internals are necessary for a 350hp build?
2. What size pulley?
3. would nitros be a good add on?
4. general advice

I will answer questions in the comments. my over all goal is to find what i need to do this build then make a write up on it so this question can finally be answered

You wont get 350hp out of a M62, 300 is roughly the max you can push, unless you add nitrous. Which I dont recommend unless you know more about tuning and how it works. As far as internals go, any 06-07 factory forged rods from a LE5 will be an adequate substitute for what you have. If you can locate a 06-07 2.4 block (since you have to replace yours) that will be good generally up to 400hp, same as the LSJ and LNF internals. I cannot emphasize enough to stay away from can tunes like ZZP and trifecta. I know that is a very popular thing here, but you are tuning based on assumptions and have no live feedback as to what is going on with your car unless you have a way to datalog engine data. HPtuners and a custom tune from a reputable tuner will go alot farther and be alot safer in the long run.
